Let me just start this post by saying that Jess and Alex are awesome! Fun-loving, excited for life, all around genuinely nice people who found each other in the most unique of circumstances. From our first meeting together I could tell instantly that they are best friends (aside from each other’s lobster ☺️). And their friends and family are a direct reflection of them. So to say that their wedding was fun would be a serious understatement. Not an ounce of stress. Just pure enjoyment and reveling in the day. We started our day with Jess and Alex at the Heldrich Hotel getting ready. Balloons, champagne, cute matching robes. Everything you’d want your wedding day to start with. From there we headed to the Estate at Farrington Lake, which is an absolutely stunning venue.  Jess and Alex had their first look down by the lake and we just had such a blast with their entire bridal party afterwards. The ceremony followed, which was lovely. We laughed, we cried and we cheered. Every detail was so well thought out. Walking into the reception was similar to walking into an upbeat and hip NYC club. Amazing vibes and music. Ricardo and his team from LJDJs did an incredible job at getting to know this beautiful couple and introduced them in the most unique way – we loved every second! From the choreographed first dance to the Moscow mules by the jug – this reception was once I will always remember. Below are my favorites from their day. I wish this beautiful couple all the best! {Married} Chelsea + Mike’s Terrain Gardens Wedding | Terrain at Devon Yard | Main Line, Devon Wedding Photographer

Chelsea and Mike recently got married at Terrain in Devon Yard and it was a glorious day filled with so much love and joy. We started our day together while the sun was still shining. They had their first look in the garden area which was so lovely and perfectly arranged with succulents (part of their wedding theme). Then a slight chance of rain turned into a definite with a passing shower. We thought that was the end of it and started preparing for the outdoor ceremony. But slowly, the clouds crept in and the lightning joined the party. Just after the ceremony started everyone had to make a mad dash to covering. I have never seen a bride and groom handle it better! The ceremony continued in the covered outdoor cocktail area and then afterwards, the real party began! Lots of laughs, photos, dancing, thumb-wars, s’mores, sparklers, literally everything under the sun took place that night. And it was SO much fun! Chelsea and Mike planned this entire wedding themselves from every little detail to wedding vendors and they truly did an incredible job! Honestly I can’t say enough wonderful things about all the other vendors they chose (Terrain, Philly String Quartet, Shutter and Sound Video, Prenup Hair/Makeup, Country Meadows Florist, DJ TKO) You are all rockstars!
